In an effort to enhance your interactions with us we have unified our Practice Solutions and MD Financial brands into a single overarching brand - MD Physician Services*.

For more than 40 years, our success has been underpinned by three basic strengths; understanding the needs of physicians better than our competition does, developing products and services that meet those needs and delivering a client experience that makes physicians glad they chose to do business with us. The result has been the establishment of a level of trust in our expertise that has formed the foundation of our success.

As proud as we are of our successful heritage, we cannot afford to stand still. Client needs have become more diverse, not less. Expectations have become higher, not lower. And competition has become ever more ferocious. To remain the partner of choice, it is more important than ever that we earn the right to do business with our clients by delivering insightful, relevant and integrated solutions in ways that advance physicians' professional, financial and personal success.

With guidance from our clients and partners in a variety of forums, we've worked hard this past year to build an organizational platform upon which we will forge our future growth. As part of the implementation of those efforts, I'm pleased to advise that from this point forward we will be known as MD Physician Services* , a name that will be shared among our business units.

While this is a simple change at its face, it serves to represent our intentions to deliver an even more integrated client experience in the years to come.

The only immediate change you will see is the new name appearing on our materials over the next several months...there is no action required and client interactions with us will remain unchanged. We will inform you of any changes that will affect you along the way.

While our name will change, one thing that will not change is our ongoing commitment to put Physicians first.
