Our new account management system has its own unique User ID that protects your personal account information while meeting our strict security guidelines.
We understand the initial frustration of having to remember another User ID. If you need to write down your new User ID, please store it in a safe location, and don't keep your User ID and Password together.
To maximize the security of your online account access we recommend you change your Password regularly.

If your investment account number started with "5A" it was changed to a number sequence that now ends with ".700". This change is strictly administrative and will not impact your investments.

In our new system, single-child RESP account(s) were converted into a new household RESP account. Each child will now be listed as a separate beneficiary in the one account, and will no longer hold separate accounts.
Your contributions and supporting grants will continue to be reported separately for each child. However, the long-term performance of your RESP investments will now be reported only at the household account level.
This industry standard modification will not affect your current child's education savings; however, you may want to contact your MD advisor to review and update your child's investment objectives and volatility, or if you have any questions.
