However, you can avoid any delays with a My MD online account, where you can access all these documents:

  • Sign up for a My MD online account and ask that your mailing preferences be set to “Online only.” Signing up is easy and takes only a couple of minutes. Just call the MD Client Services team at 1 800 267-2332. Specialists are available to help you Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. You can also sign up here.

  • If you already have a My MD account, check that your mail preferences are set to “Online only” so that you’ll receive email notifications whenever documents are waiting for you. Simply log in to your secure account, click the gear icon drop-down menu beside your name, select “Documents and notifications” and click “Edit.” Then select “Online only” for your documents and “Save.”

If you like, you can set or reset your mail preference to “Mail and online” once the postal service disruption is over. You will then start receiving paper statements.

Please note that online delivery is not available to MD Private Trust estate and testamentary clients. If you are an MD Private Trust estate or testamentary client, please contact your MD Advisor to discuss how you can receive your documents.
