Index and name change for MDPIM S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index Pool

MD Financial Management Inc., the fund manager, changed the index used to track the holdings and performance of the MDPIM S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index Pool. On February 10, 2025, the Pool moved from the S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index to the Solactive Canada Broad Market Index.

This change affects performance tracking of the Pool. Minimal changes were made to the underlying investments held by the Pool. The suitability and risk level of the Pool remains the same, and no action is required on your part.

The new index also necessitates a name change for the pool. Accordingly, on February 10, the MDPIM S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index Pool became the MDPIM Canadian Equity Index Pool. Minor alterations were made to the investment objectives to ensure they reflect the new index rather than the old ones. No other changes were made to the investment objectives.

MD Financial Management Inc., the fund manager, changed the index used to track the holdings and performance of the MDPIM International Equity Index Pool. On February 10, 2025, the Pool moved from the MSCI EAFE Index to the Solactive GBS DM ex. North America Large & Mid Cap Index. The name of the MDPIM International Equity Index Pool stays the same.

This change affects performance tracking of the Pool. Minimal changes were made to the underlying investments held by the Pool. The suitability and risk level of the Pool remains the same, and no action is required on your part.

Minor alterations were made to the investment objectives to ensure they reflect the new index rather than the old one. No other changes were made to the investment objectives.
