How COVID-19 is impacting hiring at MD
Yes, MD continues to hire based on the requirements of our growing business, while ensuring the safety of our employees and job applicants during this pandemic. Please visit our career site for our most current opportunities.
Your Talent Acquisition Specialist or hiring manager will be in touch with you regarding any changes. In-person interviews will be changed to occur by phone, in most cases, or will be video-based, depending on the technology available and your personal situation.
Your application will be considered for any open roles you’ve applied to. However, due to procedures put in place to ensure employee health and safety, the process may take longer than usual.
Your application will follow our regular recruiting process, with selected candidates moving on to the interview process. If you are selected to participate in an interview, it may occur by phone or video.
We recognize that video interviews may be new to some candidates. If you’ve ever used Skype video, it will be a similar experience. We use Skype for video interviews.
You can download Skype here.
You may want to practice with a friend or colleague to get comfortable with participating in a video interview. Some tips for video interviewing can be found here:
Congratulations on your new role! All new hires with confirmed start dates are proceeding as usual.
