Biography

Lynn is the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer of MD Financial Management (MD). She is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and oversight for MD, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Lynn joined MD in 2016 and has held several leadership positions identifying business improvement opportunities and promoting MD’s growth. She guides a diverse team that provides enhanced support across all lines of business and fosters a client-focused culture to help deepen client relationships.

Over the span of her illustrious career of more than 25 years in the fields of wealth management and financial services, Lynn has gained a reputation for her exceptional proficiency in devising solutions and propelling transformative improvements. In addition to contributing to the success of MD, she deeply cares about employees’ well-being and career development, as well as the importance of challenging employees to meet their full potential.

Lynn holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
