Pamela Allen, in her role as Chief Executive Officer of MD Financial Management (MD), is responsible for defining MD's strategic direction. Her focus is on delivering enhanced value to physicians and their families, all while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business. Under Pamela’s leadership, MD has cultivated a purpose driven, physician-first culture that focuses on deepening client relationships to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Pamela brings a wealth of experience to MD garnered over several senior leadership positions held over the last two decades. A champion of women in leadership, Pamela spearheaded MD’s Women in Leadership program, Female Physician initiative and its first Visible Leadership Program. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Pamela brings an in-depth understanding of total wealth management and exemplary client service, helping to shape the MD you see today.

During her tenure, Pamela has worked diligently to safeguard and secure the financial wellbeing of physicians and has witnessed the profound impact it has had on their lives. She remains dedicated to both preserving MD’s legacy of serving physicians and nurturing an environment at MD where employees are motivated to start and end their careers.
