Rodney Tulk

Rodney (Rod) Tulk is responsible for ensuring consistent service excellence across all client and service delivery journeys, championing transformation initiatives and fostering a culture and innovation of continuous improvement. In his role, he also oversees MD Financial Management’s (MD) technology and operations strategy and is committed to equipping Advisors with efficient processes and scalable tools that help deepen client relationships and support sustainable growth.
Rod joined MD 25 years ago and has nearly 30 years of experience across both the private and public sectors. Much of his career has been within the wealth management industry, where he has led various national teams, major projects, and key functions in areas including finance, operations, communications, regulatory oversight, technology, client experience, and pension planning for physicians.
Rod has a bachelor’s degree from Memorial University, with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. He has completed the Operational Leadership Program at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business and is currently enrolled in the Queen’s Advanced Executive Certificate program.
